Confession (A moment of truth - where you just need to get it of your chest)

is provided every Sunday online via Zoom, it gives you the opportunity to share in confidence.

It will start at 9:30 pm - 10 pm

To maintain the privacy and the confidentiality of the Sushumna Chapel friends who attend you will have to wait in the Zoom waiting room until it is your turn…

How it works…

You will share your confession either aloud or in silence and then

I will bless you with chanting Aum.

Once I have finished chanting Aum, I will kindly ask or signal for you to leave…
