Throughout my life I have always believed in the mysterious miraculous healing power of crystals that have helped me to relieve stress, to use my voice, open my heart, for peace, EMF (Electronic Magnetic Field), to use while I am healing someone, to put by the bedside of family members who were dying and as gifts.  I have met people who have shared their healing stories with me of how crystals have helped them to heal from cancer, depression, and traumas.

Throughout this page, we will share with you the different types of crystals that are beneficial for Honouring Men’s Health, but for now, we have chosen to focus on Amethyst.

I have always had a connection with Amethyst as it is my birthstone for the month of (February). Amethyst is a violet to dark purple crystal and is known as one of the master healers.

In ancient times Amethyst was used to recover from physical addictions as well as addictive relationships and became known as the “stone of sobriety”.

Having an Amethyst Crystal in your life invites a precious energy for healing on many levels. Amethyst has a calming effect on the mind and invites the energy of peace to enter into our being in stressful situations. It is a natural stress reliever that brings balance when we are experiencing imbalances physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  It encourages empowerment and inner strength. The powerful healing energy that flows from Amethyst can transmute lower vibrations to higher frequencies. Transforming negative energy into positive energy, which overall creates a loving energy that can be felt deeply in the depths of our hearts and whole being.
