Sushumna Self Help Healing Group

"Self-realization is the knowing – in body, mind, and soul – that we are one with the omnipresence of God; that we do not have to pray that it come to us, that we are not merely near it at all times, but that God's omnipresence is our omnipresence; that we are just as much a part of Him now as we ever will be. All we have to do is improve our knowing."

- Paramhansa Yogananda

Sushumna Chapel Self Help Healing Group is based on the poem I Was Made For Thee from the Book Whispers From Eternity by Paramhansa Yogananda. Whispers From Eternity is a book filled with prayers and poems. The words from this spiritual book are special gems of wisdom that support, empower and bring us comfort in our time of need.

Sushumna Chapel specialises in creative transformation and values creative tools such as poetry and art as a creative loving source that can help us to face any physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health challenges that might be difficult to face alone.

Sushumna Chapel uses art and poetry as way to pray, to connect with God, Love, a Higher Power, The Universe or the God of Our Understanding. To help us to express what really lies in the depths of our unconscious for healing.

The focus of the Self Help Healing Group is for you to experience that you are more than what you are facing right now. And to provide a poetic creative online space to help you to enter into the ‘Present Moment’ the ‘Here and Now’ to offer you the gifts and the insights that poetry, art and mediation has to offer only you.

The Sushumna Chapel Self Healing Help Group is facilitated by Dinah Pemberton who has a Msc in Consciousness, Spirituality & Transpersonal Psychology, a Degree in Leadership and Management in Children Services and is a Reverend.
